Renowned for their individual talents both on the field and on the stage, the power couple Russell Wilson and Ciara are poised to achieve a major win together in the realm of real estate, as they finalize the sale of their luxe waterfront estate in Bellevue, Washington, for an impressive $31 million.

A star quarterback, Russell Wilson began his career in the National Football League in 2012, joining the Seattle Seahawks and remaining with the team until 2021. During his time as a Seahawk, Wilson led the team to a Super Bowl championship in 2013 and subsequently purchased his Bellevue estate in 2015 for $6.7 million. Around the same time, Wilson began dating, and eventually married, the renowned singer, songwriter, and all-around powerhouse performer, Ciara. Following their nuptials, the pair expanded their Bellevue real estate portfolio by purchasing a vacant lot next to their already remarkable residence for another $6.7 million in 2019.

Located directly on the shores of Lake Washington, the impressive dual-parcel residence spans approximately two acres with 164 feet of waterfront and boasts over 11,100 square feet of living space. Upon entry, a grand two-story foyer showcases a magnificent spiral staircase and ornate detailing, leading to the gracious main floor that maximizes the 180-degree views of Lake Washington.

Outside, the lush rolling grounds offer various outdoor living areas, a soothing spa, a two-story treehouse, a dock with three boat slips, two jet ski lifts, and on the adjacent lot, a half basketball court. Rounding out the property is a three-car attached garage and ample outdoor parking for approximately 12 vehicles.

In 2022, the couple sold the adjacent lot for $9.75 million, generating a nice $3 million profit in the process. Now, they are poised to make an even greater profit, as they are expected to sell their primary residence for $21.25 million, bringing the total sale of their two-parcel compound to $31 million. After more than a decade of ownership and the addition and subtraction of parcels, the real estate entrepreneurs are set to enjoy a handsome $17.6 million profit.

The power couple’s exceptional Bellevue estate, listed with Carmen Gayton and Chandler Gayton of Windermere Real Estate Company, is expected to close soon.
