Dallas’ Newest Development: The Victor

Standing at 39 stories, The Victor will offer a walkable, big-city lifestyle in an environment that exudes elegance and luxury. With sweeping, 360-views of the city, this residential tower serves as one of the most highly anticipated openings.

The Victor will offer 344 units with access to exclusive amenities such as a Sky Lounge on the 36th floor and golf simulator on the 9th floor, which spans over 30,000 square feet. The entire floor will offer a variety of other amenities for residents.

Additional amenities include 24-hour valet parking, a private resident dining room, and catering kitchen. Hines, the international real estate firm, organized the project assembled an extraordinary Dallas design team composed of Munoz + Albin as the architect; Mayfield and Ragni Studio (MaRS) as the interior architect; and TBG as the landscape architect.

“The Victor will depart from the strict rigor of modernism to create
undeniably welcoming and livable spaces” as stated in a press release from Hines. Eric Ragni AIA, the Principal of MaRS, the project’s interior architect stated, “Our work has been largely influenced by the thriving Dallas arts and culture scene and we have introduced a number of commissioned pieces as a means to experience the work of local and international artists within the framework public living space.”

The building’s 18 penthouse residences which cover floors 37 through 39, will range in size from 1,800 to 3,000 square feet. Additionally, select penthouses will feature outdoor kitchens with gas grills and refrigerators. Rent is set to average more than $3 per foot, with the average 1,249 square foot unit costing a minimum of $4,000 per month. Construction has been underway with the project set to be finished by the second quarter of 2021. Pre-leasing will begin in the fall of 2020.
