New York City real estate investment and development firm Rabina has officially announced the launch of condominium sales at 520 Fifth Avenue in Midtown Manhattan. This impressive 1,000-foot-tall tower, developed by elite architecture firm Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF), features 100 units with luxurious interiors by the renowned interior design firm Charles & Co.
Individual properties start at $1.7 million. They offer one- to four-bedroom layouts adorned with rich gold accents, opulent chandeliers, and floor-to-ceiling arched windows. Each condominium includes soaring ceilings, white oak floors, marble-clad bathrooms, and polished nickel fixtures by Waterworks.
Situated on the top 40 floors of the soon-to-be tallest residential tower on Fifth Avenue, every unit will offer its occupants panoramic views of iconic landmarks such as Bryant Park, Central Park, and more.
The tower’s facade, inspired by surrounding landmarks and the visions of architectural icon Hugh Ferriss of 1920s New York, features glazed terracotta arches framing expansive windows and tiered terraces. The common areas are equally opulent, such as the 24-hour attended lobby, which showcases arched mosaic flooring and reeded walnut walls to welcome residents.
Residents of 520 Fifth Avenue will have access to a fleet of luxurious amenities comprising the entire 88th floor, including a glass-walled solarium, lounge area, dining room, library, and game room.
Situated near upscale restaurants, boutiques, and transit hubs, 520 Fifth Avenue is expected to reach completion in 2025.
