As we look forward to 2019 real estate trends, several reports indicate that luxury branded residential towers are on the rise, especially in the Miami area.
Currently, there are 400 properties synonymous with luxury brands worldwide, with 110 more projected to open by 2023.
Compared to non-luxury branded apartments, developers can ask for 31% more on average, with prices at a substantially higher rate, as reported by The Real Deal.
In Miami and the surrounding areas, a scattering of wealth brand-name condominiums made their mark, including Porsche, Aston Martin, and Armani – to name a few.
Porsche Design Tower
The epitome of high-end luxury, Porsche has branded itself into one of the most famous automobile manufacturers in the world.
For their next move, the German manufacturer has moved into the luxury real estate market. The Porsche Design Tower, which opened in Sunny Isles Beach in 2017, is the definition of high luxury living.
“There is a level of services in these buildings that haven’t been seen in 30 to 40 years,” says Porsche Design Tower and Residences by Armani Casa developer Gil Dezer, as indicated by Robb Report.
The 60-story tower is complete with 200 ft of Atlantic Ocean frontage and a robotic car lift that takes residents directly to their sky garage next to their residence.
Other opulent features include a state-of-the-art fitness center, multi-purpose club room, and lobby level bar-lounge overlooking the ocean.
Aston Martin Residences
Aston Martin, renowned for its British luxury sports cars, is one of the many newcomers to make a stake in Miami luxury branded residences.
Situated in downtown Miami, the Aston Martin Residences is fit for someone who is looking for the ultimate glamorous life. Developers recently broke ground in Biscayne Bay, with residences ranging from $700,000 for one to a few bedrooms to $50 million for a penthouse, as indicated by Robb Report.
The pricy residential tower is already 35 percent sold even though it’s not projected to have its grand opening until 2022.
Aston Martin partnered with G&G Business Developments LLC to create a completely exclusive experience, built with 391 residences, 66 floors, superyacht marina service, 24-hour valet, and 3 separate service elevators.
The sprawling tower features an upper penthouse around 18,811 sq ft, sky penthouse ranging from 8,977 sq ft to 10,463 sq ft.
A few of the many lavish residential amenities are panoramic views of Biscayne Bay, the ocean, and Miami skyline, floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors, white marble flooring throughout living area, and private balconies finished with high-end porcelain.
Four Seasons Holdings
At the Four Seasons Private Residences, press material state that “enriching experiences are the essence of everyday life.” Their mission is to combine the top-of-the-line Four Seasons service and exceptional amenities.
Set on the Atlantic Ocean, residences have an unparalleled view of crystal blue water.
Representatives from The Four Seasons emphasize that the community of luxury private residences create a new global destination within Fort Lauderdale Beach.
Amenities include custom lacquered millwork cabinetry. Antique bronze fittings, bathrooms set in open concept kitchens. With the general ambiance and design of the residence leaning towards the laidback Fort Lauderdale yachting lifestyle.
Missoni’s Baia
Missoni, the high-end Italian fashion powerhouse, renowned for pops of vibrant color and chevron patterns, has also opened a brand-new luxury brand residence in Miami.
The Missoni Baia contains 57 floors and spans 200 ft along the Biscayne Bay.
On the fifth through the seventh floor, glamorous features include a Bayfront lounge with a pool overlooking the water, media room, beauty salon, gym overlooking the bay, and a large resident-only spa.
The sprawling lobby includes jaywalking access overlooking the bay, a personal concierge and a 24-hour desk attendant.
Meanwhile, on the seventh floor, space includes a 1,700 sq ft gym, private yoga studio, Olympic-length lap pool, outdoor barbeque and bar cabana, and an elevated tennis court.

Residences by Armani Casa
Residences by Armani has recently made the ever growing list of exclusive luxury residences to be built in Miami.
Designed by Giorgio Armani himself, the apartment high-rise towers over the Atlantic Ocean, giving residents access to some of the most exclusive amenities created by the renowned fashion designer.
Luxury brand perks include private high-speed elevator access, breathtaking Atlantic Ocean and city views that residents can see through floor-to-ceiling windows and spacious floor plans with elegant-finished ceilings.
