The Willamette Valley’s real estate market comprises several major cities and small towns with a range of pricing options. Redfin reports a median sale price of $490,000 in Portland, just under $480,000 in Eugene, and $572,500 in the charming city of Corvallis. 

Expect a year of growth in the Willamette Valley housing market, driven by its status as one of the country’s most sought-after regions.
