The beautiful traditional estate, which he bought in 2017 for $21 million, offers immense privacy behind massive redwoods, tall gates, and hedges on 25,000 square feet of land.

With timeless and elegant interiors, this spacious home includes 6 beds, 8 baths, and over 9,400 square feet of space. Additional features include high ceilings, state-of-the-art audio and video equipment, security and automation.

In addition to several bedrooms and bathrooms, this home is complete with two family rooms, and an exceptional master suite with lavish bathroom, terrace, and 2 closets. There are exquisite finishes throughout including warm oak floors and extensive woodworking.

The living room offers seamless indoor/outdoor living with glass doors that open to a perfect view of the pool, pool-side cabana and manicured lawn.

Located at 221 S Rockingham Ave, LeBron’s property is presented by David Offer with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California.

LeBron’s Brentwood home is one of several within his L.A. portfolio. Just last year, the NBA star bought a $36.75 million estate in Beverly Hills that was previously owned by daytime drama creator Lee Phillip Bell.

Originally owned by the Bells, the Mediterranean-style home includes two guesthouses, swimming pool, pool house, tennis court, and screening room.

Up until 221 S Rockingham Ave was put on the market, LeBron was the owner of two Brentwood properties—records indicate he still owns the other property which was bought for $23 million.

The newly built mansion offers city-to-ocean views with a custom kitchen, wine cellar, cigar, room, and wet bar. The home is also completely decked out in wellness amenities including a spa with steam room, sauna, and massage room.

Los Angeles had one of the top three largest median price increases of 2020 with a price increase of 22.4%. With a competitive market and great time for sellers, it seems that the NBA star listed his L.A. mansion at the perfect time.
