GWS owner Clay Gutierrez brings with him a wealth of experience, with over 30 years in the construction industry and more than 15 years specifically in residential and light commercial precast concrete. When asked, “Why doesn’t everyone build a concrete house?” he replied, “Because I can’t build enough for everyone, but I am working on that.”
