Oprah Winfrey

Oprah Winfrey grew from humble beginnings to build a television empire that has spawned magazines, its own channel, book clubs, and so much more. Her success made her the first black female self-made billionaire, and a significant portion of that wealth has gone into her real estate portfolio. Winfrey’s primary residence is a 42-acre property in Montecito worth over $100 million, known as the Promised Land. The main house encompasses 23,000-square feet with incredible luxury features. This estate is only one part of her portfolio, valued at over $200 million. Winfrey has homes in Hawaii, Colorado, Washington, and more.
