Winfrey’s primary residence is a 42-acre property in Montecito worth over $100 million, known as the Promised Land. The main house encompasses 23,000-square feet with incredible luxury features. Leonardo DiCaprio
Leonardo DiCaprio is one of the great actors of the 21st century, a true A-List talent who has starred in blockbuster films throughout his career. Much of the money he has made from his career has gone into his real estate holdings, including some truly unique property purchases. DiCaprio has homes across the United States, scattered throughout California and New York. He owns a mid-century modern Palm Springs home which he rents out for $3,750 per night, with a two-night minimum stay. He is also a near billionaire due in part to the success of his headphone company, Dre Beats. Dr. Dre is an LA legend, and much of his real estate portfolio revolves around the city he has called home throughout his life. In 2014, he purchased a $40 million property from Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen that is a 20,000-square foot palace in Brentwood. He also owns a $4.9 million estate in Calabasas and a $2.25 million property in the Pacific Palisades. He is a true titan of both the music and real estate industry.
Tom Ford
Tom Ford is one of the most legendary American fashion designers of all time, working his way up to being the creative director of Gucci and then the owner and founder of Tom Ford. He has accumulated a massive net worth, and much of that wealth has gone into his real estate holdings. He has made several different real estate maneuvers that have made him a legend. He purchased Betsy Bloomingdale’s Los Angeles home for $39 million in 2016, a far cry below its original listing price of $55 million. He is also speculated to have purchased a Manhattan townhouse for $18 million, originally listed for $38.5 million. That type of smart decision-making is why he’s a fashion icon!
Taylor Swift
Taylor Swift first shot into mainstream relevancy as a teenager, and she hasn’t fallen off since.
