With New York City’s largest amenity collection, Front & York is a condominium that provides 150,000 square feet of one-of-a-kind indoor and outdoor amenities. This new 21-story development, built in 2021, is in the center of Brooklyn’s trendy DUMBO neighborhood. With 408 units, the building is convenient to shops, cafes, and the famous Brooklyn Bridge Park.

However, Front & York residents don’t even have to walk to a nearby park to immerse themselves in nature. The development has its own half-acre private park, designed by the award-winning landscape architects who designed Brooklyn Bridge Park: Michael Van Valkenburgh Associates. This park, on the ground floor, includes hand-carved sculptural seating in the Stone Garden, bistro tables and seating in the idyllic Magnolia Grove enclave, and strategically planted flora to accentuate every season.

From the park, residents can go to the eighth floor to enjoy a variety of indoor and outdoor amenities. The Wine Room and adjacent chef’s table can be reserved for an evening for hosting guests. The Wine Room has private wine storage lockers and an oversized tasting table. The chef’s table is a gorgeous, custom cooking island with incredible spaces for entertaining and private dining after a wine tasting.

The primary fitness facilities are concentrated on the third floor, including weights, a stationary bike area, and a Pilates studio. The third floor also includes a full-size basketball court, a five-lane lap pool, a spa, a recovery room, and locker rooms with a steam room and sauna. More than 70 classes are offered in the fitness area per week.
