At 70,000 sq ft, Nema boasts luxury residences decked out with high-tech features and endless amenities. The 76-story apartment building is located in Central Station, in downtown Chicago, and hosts 800 units designed by interior designer, David Rockwell. The Chicago native focused on incorporating sustainable materials into the design of the apartment tower.

This residential tower situated in Streeterville, overlooks Lake Michigan and the Chicago River. The scenic views afforded by the prime location of the 339 unit building – 60 condominiums and 279 rentals – is further enhanced by the designs of Robert A.M. Stern. Named after its address, 1133 South Blvd., Eleven 33 is the latest luxury building to pop up in Chicago. Located in Oak Park, 252 units ranging from studios to 3 bedroom apartments will be in the mixed use building. It will also feature a fitness center, a garden terrace, yoga room and gated entrance.

The glass facade of South Loop’s luxury tower stands out among the numerous buildings to be erected this year. At 47 stories, The Paragon will have 188 parking spaces and is built to meet LEED Certified standards.
