While Virginia Beach has seen an uptick in prices, with a median sale price of $370,500 in March 2024, reflecting a 6.3% year-over-year increase, the region remains relatively affordable. Hampton Roads, with a median sale price of $336,250, showing a 7% increase from the year prior, per Long and Foster in March 2024, presents economic opportunity and natural beauty at an accessible price point.
