The State of the Real Estate Market

According to Redfin, as of December 2023, the median home sale price in the city of Palm Beach is a cool $3,550,000. Despite the market’s going rate, the current local real estate scene is not highly competitive. Redfin data shows homes remaining on the market for an average of 60 days before being sold.

Even the hottest properties tend to sell slightly below the initial asking rate. All things considered, Palm Beach’s real estate market is unlikely to see any major changes in the near future.
