From Wednesday, April 24th, to Sunday, April 28th, the 67th annual San Francisco International Film Festival, presented by SFFILM, will celebrate movies and their amazing creators from all around the world.
At the heart of this festival is the homage to film for its profound impacts on culture, social change, and society. Each day, attendees can anticipate lively parties, in-person events, and fascinating conversations on how movies and their creators contribute to shaping our world.
Notable figures such as Barbie director Greta Gerwig, along with actors Nicholas Cage and Ryan Gosling, have attended previous SFFILM events. This year’s lineup is poised to feature many other stars who’ve revolutionized the film and entertainment industries.
The San Francisco International Film Festival provides Bay Area creators a platform to share the inspirations behind their work, while young students will have a front-row seat to all of the action. From April 24th through May 3rd, SFFILM’s Schools at the Festival program will offer students ages 6–18 the opportunity to explore the wonders of international cinema through in-person and online matinees, as well as special appearances by filmmakers in local classrooms.
Later this month, SFFILM will reveal more updates about the San Francisco International Film Festival, its in-person events, and other entertainment experiences available to attendees. General Admission tickets start at $105 for six-packs and $155 for ten-packs, whereas SFFILM members receive a discounted rate of $90 for six-packs and $130 for ten-packs.
