This private marina, located on the Intracoastal Waterway in Hallandale Beach, is set to become a haven for boating enthusiasts amid Miami’s docking shortage.
Shell Bay first made headlines with its $1 million+ club membership, attracting Miami’s elite with its premier amenities, including world-class golfing facilities, social spaces, spas, and a pro shop. It is set to further enhance its status with the addition of an Auberge hotel and residences.
The new Shell Bay Yacht Club arrives at a crucial time for Miami’s boating community, which faces a docking shortage. Larger yachts are particularly affected, as there are increasingly fewer slips available to accommodate vessels over 200 feet. The club offers 48 private slips, alleviating some of the pressure on boat owners, and its strategic location provides easy access to South Florida’s best cruising routes.
Members can look forward to snorkeling tours, deep-sea fishing, and other water sports, supported by concierge services and an on-site dock master. The club also offers unique fishing opportunities, with the Shell Bay Chef available to transform fresh catches into gourmet meals.
