The iconic Ritz-Carlton brand, synonymous with the pinnacle of luxury, has just unveiled 10 of the 20 residential condominiums planned for its new Ritz-Carlton Residences, Savannah. Current sales offerings include two-bedroom residences with two-and-a-half bathrooms starting at $2,695,000, and a three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom penthouse asking $6,675,000. Interior renderings of the 12th-floor penthouse suggest an open-air residence with classic hardwood floors, stately columns, a timeless color palette, and expansive sliding glass doors to a private terrace with unobstructed views of the Savannah River. Elegant details and distinctive finishes allow for an elevated living experience, while amenities like a marble-clad bar set the scene for chic entertaining.
