2. Why should someone move to Georgia? What are the major benefits of living in the area? 

If you want to launch your entrepreneurial dreams, land notable employment, raise a family, or find that forever home, Georgia provides the platform to do so. Georgia offers a cost of living that is significantly below the national average, ranking as the 5th most affordable state in the U.S., according to Forbes in July 2023. With a GDP of $474 billion in 2021, Atlanta is an economic hub hosting the headquarters for major companies such as Coca-Cola, Delta Air Lines, and Home Depot.

Georgia also offers a combination of casual & elegant lifestyles. It is a major travel hub to everywhere, and grants easy access to some of the country’s most prominent destinations, such as scenic beach destinations in the Caribbean. 

3. Do you have any notable listings you’d like to highlight?

I recently sold a number of appealing properties across Georgia. 2525 Kolb Manor Circle in Marietta was sold for $420,000. It is a spacious four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom residence with a fully finished basement and a primary suite with a walk-in closet.

Another property, 675 Fitzgerald Place in Atlanta, is a two-story red brick home with vaulted ceilings and maple hardwood floors. This home, with a classic charm, has a spacious dine-in kitchen with granite countertops and a walk-in pantry, as well as a primary suite with trey ceilings and a jetted spa tub. It sold for $366,100. 

I’d also like to highlight 890 Wellsley Court in Powder Springs, a lovely traditional four-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom home sold for $290,000. Its recently painted kitchen overlooks the fenced corner lot and sizable outdoor deck, perfect for hosting guests throughout the year.
