Would you say that now is a good time to buy in Aledo?
Absolutely! Aledo has experienced phenomenal growth over the past several years which can be attributed, in part, to its convenient proximity to Fort Worth. This allows families to benefit from the city’s conveniences and easy commutes to their places of business. Another leading factor for Aledo’s growth has been the thriving and innovative school district that provides excellent opportunities for academics and athletics, in addition to a wonderful community feel. Aledo’s landscape is also a major draw for prospective homebuyers because of its expansive countryside views, extensive Texas history and gorgeous sunsets.
What are the key trends happening now that you expect to have a large impact on Aledo?
Real Estate was a safe haven for me and Ashley. It was a safe investment vehicle that allowed for us to serve our community in a small way as we built a portfolio of rental properties. After a few projects, we realized that impact investing was our calling. We used it as a bridge to get back home from Iraq, to start a family, and ultimately build a business.
What is your #1 piece of advice for someone looking to buy and/or sell their home?
