Some incredible amenities include a spacious rooftop terrace with views of the U.S. Capitol, concierge service, a library lounge with literary classics, doorman, and front desk attendant.

The luxurious residences feature marble quartz countertops, custom built-in wardrobes, Bosch premium appliances, and natural walnut cabinetry.

“This residence is built for the professional couples that define Capitol Hill,” said Peters.

He continued, “The residences offer the type of lifestyle they want to have, with 7th and 8th Street offering a variety of lifestyle and entertainment options.”
