“The attraction to this property is because the style of home is ideal for families.”

4592 W 8th Ave

The final and third home is a Point Grey residence that was sold last Monday after just 6 days for $182,000 over the asking price of $3,298,000, according to listing agent Andrew Hasman. This Vancouver property boasts a desirable open concept floor plan with high ceilings and tons of natural light.

The upper level offers 3 spacious bedrooms and a rooftop deck to enjoy warm summer evenings. The lower level is ideal for the kids with a media room, as well as a self-contained one bedroom suite as an option. Hasman commented “The attraction to this property is because the style of home is ideal for families. The home was only 6 years old and beautifully maintained by its original owners.”

“The neighborhood is family oriented and located close to highly ranked schools and the University of British Columbia. This strategy works well in a ‘seller’s market’ which is the market we are in right now here in Vancouver.” Interested in finding out more? Work with Andrew here
