It will feature over 75 food vendors encompassing an enormous range of cuisines, along with many beverage options. The Curd Grill will be offering a deep-fried twist on a Wisconsin classic: cheese curds. Also, Ribmasters Wisconsin will offer delicious barbecue ribs and pulled pork. Roll Play will have fusion Chinese food, including the Jiang Biang Chinese Crepes, and Pancho’s Tacos offers chimichangas, tamales, and tacos. This only scratches the surface of the broad spectrum of food that will be found here.
The beverages offered at the event don’t quite match the volume of the food, but there is still much to be found. If you want to enjoy some of the famed Wisconsin beer, there are both domestic and craft options and seltzers. And since this is a food-driven event, nothing pairs with food quite like wine. You can enjoy glasses or double pours of Elmaro wines from one of the most highly regarded Wisconsin vineyards. Taste of Madison also offers many non-alcoholic drinks, including still water, sparkling water, or canned sodas.
Taste of Madison features music performances as well. More than ten musicians will take to the stage throughout the weekend, including headliners Conner Smith and Ryan Griffin. The performances will cover a wide extent of music genres, from rock and jazz to country and blues. The Wisconsin State Capitol forms the backdrop for the performances, and it is the perfect venue for a great show.
