Sondra is a native South Floridian who began her career as a loan officer in 1988. She has enjoyed 34 plus years of experience in mortgage originations, with 17 years as a Producing Branch Manager managing upwards of 15 loan officers. Sondra is now a proud member of Supreme Lending, for 10 years and has a close on time and fund on time philosophy!
Sondra originates mortgages for the entire State of Florida and enjoys long-standing realtor relationships in several counties. Sondra is also a proud member of Supreme Lending’s President’s Club (25 million min. funding’s per year) from 2012 through 2021, funding 41 million in 2020 and 38 million in 2021. She is also a member of the Condominium Board of Directors for the past 6 years, as well as, 25 years with Winterfest Boat Parade, the 7th largest spectator event in the country. Sondra also enjoys giving back to various charities including, Kids in Distress, Pet Projects, and Neighbor 4 Neighbors.
Providing financing for the “dream of homeownership” is the driver, along with “Serving Others Before Self.” Sondra Dane has expertise in conventional, jumbo, FHA, and VA financing, with condo experience approving projects for as little as 3% in down payment.
