Cherry Hills Village

Cherry Hills Village is a residential enclave known for its luxury homes and prestigious residents, including celebrities and prominent figures. It offers a serene suburban setting with expansive estates, well-manicured landscapes, and a private atmosphere while being in close proximity to downtown Denver’s premier shops, upscale restaurants, and cultural attractions. 

The real estate market in Cherry Hills Village is extremely competitive. In May, Redfin reported the median home sale price at $3 million, up 11.1% year-over-year. Also, 33.3% of homes sold over the list price, and properties often went pending within an impressive span of 2 to 5 days. 

Greenwood Village

Ranked among Colorado’s top suburbs, Greenwood Village features fishing ponds and scenic public parks with hiking trails. Nearby, Cherry Creek State Park is popular for activities such as camping, jet skiing, and horseback riding. 

Greenwood Village’s real estate market currently favors buyers, with the median sale price at $1.4 million in May, according to Redfin. While 25% of homes sold above the original asking price, 30% witnessed price reductions. 


Dubbed America’s happiest city by National Geographic in 2017, Boulder offers a dynamic blend of shops and outdoor attractions. Pearl Street is a lively hub with street performers, breweries, restaurants, and live entertainment areas. 

Boulder’s real estate market is moderately competitive. In May, Redfin reported a median home sale price of $949,500. Nearly 20% of properties sold above the asking rate, with 30.6% having experiencing price reductions. In-demand homes typically entered pending status within 25 to 42 days. 

Castle Pines

Situated near the picturesque Castle Pines State Park and other natural areas, Castle Pines is known for its upscale living environment, captivating architecture, and natural beauty. It presents a peaceful retreat from urban life while still providing easy access to nearby amenities. This scenic enclave also offers high-end restaurants and local parks. 

Real estate in Castle Pines is fairly competitive, with a median sale price of $954,500 as of May. While 50.8% of properties experienced price drops, 17.1% sold above the asking rate. Homes in this area typically sold within six to 16 days, per Redfin data.
