The Okanagan Spring Wine Festival will attract wine enthusiasts from across British Columbia to the picturesque Okanagan Valley between Sunday, June 2nd, and Sunday, June 23rd.
For three weeks, the region will host a series of events across prestigious wineries, including Somm Zero, Mt. Boucherie Estate Winery, and Gray Monk Estate Winery, among others. Prepare for elegant wine tasting experiences complemented by light refreshments and live entertainment.
The festivities commence in grand style with the TASTE Series, featuring exclusive experiences hosted by the Naramata Bench Wineries Association, the District Wine Village, Kelowna’s Sandhill Wines, and the Scenic Sip Wine Trail in Lake Country. The celebration continues with the BC Top 50 Grand Tasting, where attendees can savor 50 meticulously selected wines chosen by the discerning judging panel of the British Columbia Wine Awards.
The SIPS Series will feature two anchor events. Spirit Ridge Resort in Osoyoos will host Summer SIPS, while SilverStar Resort in Vernon will present Solstice SIPS. These events will offer wine tastings, culinary delights, and live entertainment against breathtaking backdrops.
On June 16th, Nighthawk Vineyards will host the family-friendly Father’s Day Blues & BBQ, showcasing wines from the Okanagan Falls and Skaha Lake regions, alongside cider, beer, barbeque, and live music from blues guitarist Poppa Dawg.
Tickets for each event are sold separately, with prices starting at $49.
