What is your specialty in today’s congested market?
My team’s speciality is the nautical specialist team at Sotheby’s. Naturally, we specialize in marina properties—which includes water and ocean-based real estate purchases, rentals and listings.
What’s the tagline “life on the water"you always use?
Our entire team is made up of nautical specialists, I’m a boat owner also and spend a lot of my time on the water. My boat is docked at the Marina Palms Marina where both of our real estate offices are located. The tagline “This is life on the water” means that we like to help people who have the same views and thoughts as our own and also love life on the water.
Is 2020 a good time to buy in North Miami Beach?
It’s a great time. The North East buyers are executed, prices have set and gone down since the highs, and there are investors who bought years ago that are looking to exit their purchases. This is a buyer’s market for sure.
For a potential homebuyer, what are some of the best aspects of living in North Miami Beach?
Northern Miami is central to everything and right near the Mall in America, with an abundance of restaurants and the finest shops. Additionally, there are over 25 new developments that are located on the water throughout the area in NMB, Aventura, and Sunny Isles. This area covers a 5-mile radius from 163 Street North up the beach through Sunny Isles and over the Lehman causeway and back South again through Aventura to NMB.

The key to my success is relentless prospecting, relentless broker relationships and complete transparency in all dealings. This all translates into a thriving business.
