Immerse Yourself in Creativity at the 2024 Toronto Outdoor Art Fair

Nathan Phillips Square | Denis Umpleby

The Toronto Outdoor Art Fair, Canada’s largest contemporary art event, will take place at Nathan Phillips Square from Friday, July 12th to Sunday, July 14th. Immerse yourself in a vibrant celebration of art forms, from dance and music to paintings and public art displays.

Presented in collaboration with StreetARToronto (StART), Live Painting demonstrations will feature talented local street, mural, and graffiti artists. Meet the artists, observe their creative process, and take the opportunity to purchase their works at the StART booth.

Small World Music has partnered with the fair to present an impressive lineup of musicians, including The Rider Raiders, Brazilian rock artist JER, and Colectivo Semente. And choreographer Lina Cruz will present a lighthearted yet intellectually stimulating dance performance with Three Turtles in the Square.

Interact with the work by 400 artists at this expansive fair through guided tours led by experts such as Vanja Vasic, Meghan Yuri Young, and Dallas Fellini. These tours can enrich your understanding and appreciation of the artwork and ensure you don’t miss any highlights.

Browse unique souvenirs crafted by up-and-coming creatives at the Student Zone, and art educators will engage children in hands-on workshops for those 14 and under. There will also be a variety of food and drink offerings, including a beer garden.

The Toronto Outdoor Art Fair promises a weekend of free, accessible entertainment and cultural enrichment for all. Browse the curated collections of artwork available on the fair’s website to pique your interest before you visit.
