From October 30th to November 3rd, the prestigious Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS) returns to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, the “Yachting Capital of the World.” This acclaimed event, celebrating its 65th year, showcases the best in yachting, marine design, and luxury watercraft. Taking place across seven locations, including the Bahia Mar Yachting Center, Hall of Fame Marina, and Las Olas Marina, FLIBS continues to set the standard for luxury boat shows worldwide.

Owned by the Marine Industries Association of South Florida (MIASF) and produced by Informa Markets, the five-day show is a must-attend for boat owners, buyers, and luxury boating enthusiasts. Beyond the stunning yachts and marine exhibits, FLIBS offers a vibrant atmosphere with live music, gourmet food stations, and craft cocktails throughout.

Spanning nearly 90 acres and three million square feet of exhibit space, the show will feature over 1,300 boats. Its impact reaches far beyond the docks, generating an impressive $1.79 billion in economic output for Florida and drawing over 100,000 attendees and 1,000 exhibitors from 52 countries.

For 2024, FLIBS will highlight an extraordinary selection of yachts and watercraft. Among the stars is the 2003 Feadship 170′ Amanti, listed at $26,800,000. Known for its superior craftsmanship, Amanti boasts an extensive refit and meticulous upkeep, epitomizing luxury at sea. The 2023 Viking 80 Convertible Zatara, priced at $8,995,000, combines top-tier performance with a 5-stateroom layout, offering both comfort and versatility. For those in search of sleek design and power, the 2018 Princess 75 Motor Yacht Amarula Sun is available for $4,295,000, complete with high-end amenities like a wine and champagne cooler, backup water pumps, and only 395 hours on its MAN V12-1800 engines.

This year’s show also features expertly curated seminars and fishing clinics at the Broward County Convention Center. From the art of boat handling to advanced fishing techniques, these sessions will enhance the experience for discerning attendees. For families, Captain Don Dingman will host fishing clinics for kids, and the FLIBS Kids Corner will have a variety of fun activities such as mermaid face painting and arts and crafts.

A standout moment of FLIBS is the prestigious Best of Show award, presented to debut boat models that excel in innovation, performance, and design. Selected by an independent panel of elite judges, the winner will be featured in a special one-hour broadcast on Fox Sports.

Several ticket options are available for those planning to attend the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show.
