Typically, homes remained on the market for about 32 days, but the most sought-after properties often went pending within just 19 days.

In May, the real estate scene in Benicia was very competitive. Redfin reported a median home sale price increase of 4.6% to $740,000, with 43.5% of properties selling above the original asking rate. Homes typically went pending in about 24 days, with in-demand properties often leaving the market in approximately 8 days.

The real estate market in Corte Madera is extremely competitive. In May, the median sale price was $1.75 million, reflecting a 4.5% year-over-year increase. Redfin noted that 63.6% of homes sold well above the initial asking price.
