The Spiderman: No Way Home stars, who are no strangers to the paparazzi spotlight, have again found themselves on celebrity news’ headlines. The start of February brought with it a frenzy of discussion on Hollywood celebrities Tom Holland and Zendaya buying a property together.
The 25-year-olds have continued to upstir media time and time again with adorable couple content and interviews after their record-breaking movie. And now, the question is about their real-estate investments and what they could mean about their future family plans.
Tom and Zendaya reportedly flew from Los Angeles to London to meet Tom’s parents and grab the keys to their new property. The hefty £3 million price tag, approximately $4 million, is apparently not an issue for these superstars. Together, they have wealth accumulating to around $32.6m.
This four-million-dollar property is ideally situated in Richmond, Southwest London, with the astounding Thames offering serene riverside views. A few miles away from Tom’s childhood home, the couple didn’t go too far from his roots for their new home. The property is also surrounded by other celebrity hotshots like Angelina Jolie, Tom Hardy, Sir David Attenborough, and Sir Mick Jagger.
There aren’t a lot of details on the exclusive interior of the property. What we do know, for now, is that the property is a 6-bedroom home.
An anonymous source stated that the couple is even planning to put in another $500,000 on top of the $4m to completely renovate it. The source further reported to the Mirror that Holland is positive about getting the maximum hi-tech security for his home, the first item of which will be an 8 ft steel gate.
The steel gates and secure premises might sound like the rest of the home will be equally bleak and sophisticated. However, Holland is adamant about having a gym, cinema room, and a man cave in his new home.
The stars have had their share in the real estate market independently, before this, too. Tom currently lives in a lavish 3-bedroom apartment in London. Meanwhile, it looks like Zendaya still has a taste for the classic Hollywood lifestyle, with a $5.75m apartment in LA.
Now, here’s a shocker. While this news set the media industry on fire for three straight weeks, with every other media outlet covering this story, Tom Holland has recently refuted all such claims of buying a new London property with Zendaya.
According to him, the sudden calls by relatives and close friends on his latest property were as surprising for him as it was for us. In his words, he would’ve loved to have grabbed the keys to a new home on his London visit, but that wasn’t the case. On the other hand, critics are suspicious of Holland’s rebut on this news because, as previous events would have it, Tom likes to keep his private life, well, private.
So, did Tom Holland and Zendaya really buy a home together? Who knows. But fans clearly are willing it to be true and can’t wait for the couple to actually start living together.
