Boat Show Sets Sail for the Big Guava

All aboard! It’s time to get out to sea!

Tampa’s largest boating event is back! This year, top brands are showcasing millions of dollars’ worth of boating inventory for any and all kinds of boaters, as well as the affiliated lifestyle gear and necessities. There will be many events spread out over the three-day runtime, including some exciting fishing courses– as the boat show’s website denotes, “you could be on the water by the end of the weekend!”

The 2021 Tampa Bay Boat Show, presented by Tampa Bay Times, will take place October 1st through 3rd at the Florida State Fairgrounds. Conveniently located off of the 301, the boat show is readily accessible by parking at the lot within the Fairgrounds (which will be subject to the Fairground rates). Show hours are Friday and Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. And, possibly the best news – admission will be free for all attendees!

Dave LaBell, the event’s organizer, says that the event is so popular because “boating is a large part of the Florida lifestyle – The Tampa Bay Boat Show is a true sales event, where boating enthusiasts can see what’s new, shop numerous makes and models all in one location, and where they can meet with the area’s boating professionals that can help them chart their course here in Tampa bay.”

The boat show “offers a great opportunity to see what’s new in the world of Boating,” says LaBell. “Area dealers also offer the opportunity to trade up to that boat of your dreams. If you are all set with the boat – you can shop the many related exhibits that offer boating and home needs for today’s Captain.”

According to the shows website, the main floor will include:
