Taking place from November 1st to 3rd at Auditorium Shores, this year’s festival is a must-attend event for foodies and wine enthusiasts, celebrating local food and drink culture in a big way.
The festival will feature a wide range of interactive activities, providing opportunities to indulge in delectable bites and drinks while gaining fascinating insights into the deep-rooted traditions of Austin cuisine.
Over 70 esteemed chefs and restaurants will showcase their culinary talents and engage with attendees. Featured chefs include Ryan Samson of Vespaio, Edgar Rico of Nixta Taqueria, Amanda Turner of Olamaie, and many other acclaimed culinary stars.

Made in Texas: Kicking off at the Long Center, Made in Texas offers VIP ticket holders an exclusive dine-around experience, where they can sample a variety of exquisite dishes prepared by top chefs from across the state.
Sip and Savor: Talented chefs from across the country will present expertly crafted small bites paired with a selection of wines, spirits, and brews.
Fire Pit: Gather around the fire pit for freshly cooked dishes while renowned chefs and pitmasters share their grilling expertise. Attendees can expect one-on-one conversations with culinary names such as Jess Kuykendall, Nicola Blaque, Geronimo Lopez, and Jason Dady, gaining insider tips on perfecting barbecue techniques.
