Andy Cohen, renowned media mogul and host of Watch What Happens Live, has recently listed his striking New York City duplex. Situated in a historic Bing & Bing-designed building, this unique West Village home reflects Cohen’s eclectic taste and deep connection to New York City. Over two decades, Cohen transformed four separate units into one bespoke residence, working with architect Gordon Kahn and interior designer Eric Hughes to create a spacious 3,500-square-foot duplex.

The building itself, constructed in the 1930s with an addition in the 1960s, is centrally located in the West Village neighborhood. Just steps from the Hudson River, Washington Square Park, and the vibrant Meatpacking District, the building offers both privacy and access to Manhattan’s cultural hotspots.

Cohen’s apartment is defined by bold, modern design elements. A custom glass, walnut, and steel staircase anchors the home, while wood-burning fireplaces and a built-in bar make it ideal for entertaining. The living room features textured burlap Ralph Lauren wallpaper, creating a cozy atmosphere, while the kitchen’s blue cabinets and floral wallpaper add a touch of whimsy.

The primary bedroom offers panoramic views of iconic New York landmarks like the Empire State Building, and the ensuite bathroom features a soaking tub and a marble steam shower.
