McKinney’s final creation is one of the many spectacular oceanfront spec homes he has built that are valued in the tens of millions of dollars.

Palm Beach Daily News reported that McKinney paid $3 million for the property in November 2016, with Jennifer Spitznagel, a Brown Harris Stevens agent, handling the deal.
